SALON POLICIES

At Salon Moda Capelli we strive to make each and everyone of our clients feel special from the moment they walk through the door until the leave the salon looking fresh and beautiful.

Please notify us within 1 week if there are any adjustments needed. We want you to love your hair.

1. Please understand that appointment times are limited. Kindly give us a 48 hour notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment, you will be charged for the service as originally booked. 

2. A 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling is strictly enforced. Deposits will not be refunded. There will be an additional charge for late notice rescheduling.

3. If you have any hair issues such as: sensitive scalp, allergies, or medical issues that would affect your hair, we ask that you let us know prior your appointment. 

4. If you are making a drastic change to your hair such as; Color Corrections, Fashion Colors, Balayage, or Keratin Treatments that you let the Client Coordinator know in advance.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all Major Credit Cards

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We DO NOT accept personal checks.

​

For gratuity it must be in the form of cash as we do not put tips on credit cards. Most of our stylists do use VENMO for tipping or you can write your stylist a personal check.

PARKING OPTIONS

Parking downtown can be an issue as in any metropolitan city. 

​

Best parking options will be metered street parking, DCPA, The Curtis Hotel Valet, Writer Square Garage, or 1550 Lawrence st Garage. If you have any parking questions please give us a call at 303-892-8922
